When it comes to roaches the kitchen is the main action area that needs to be treated and having a unit with multiple kitchens means extra time.

Do you have a preparation sheet that you share with your customers so they know what to expect and how to best prepare for pest control service?

We send a prep sheet to each of our customers depending on the issue they're having, this outlines the necessary steps for an effective service and helps our customers know how to keep their environment pest free.  For example with a roach cleanout, we ask you to remove all the dishes, food and other items from all cabinets, document the re-entry time and other helpful info.Ed says 80% of the time, the instructions aren't followed, Joe has an answer to that as well, because - doesn't he always have an answer ?!?Our follow up question comes from a Business owner who's doing really well and is ready to make the transition from running a route into really managing and growing his company.  We couldn't be happier to hear this, another successful business person growing and thriving in our beloved industry just melts our ceramic hearts.  Anyway, this is a tough time,  so we also give some tips on that difficult transition.  The takeaway here, is to have a good team you can rely on.  It will cost you money up front but will allow you to double or triple your revenue in the coming years. Now isn't that worth it?If you'd like to see our prep sheet, send an email to colonyconfidential@gmail.com Listen Here
